B In Action is a movement center focusing on creating a neutral space for people that share a passion for movement, martial arts, and fitness programs. We started off as a Capoeira School - The Michigan Center for Capoeira and we are growing our center, inviting our surrounding community to join our center and experience our unique personal approach to training.

Environment of the gym is so friendly and nice. Trainers are supportive and they know what kind of exercise to recommend based on your goals. Surely it's a perfect gym if you wanna lose weight/body fat or want to have a bulk or wanna lean muscle as they give you personal attention plus personalized diet plans.
