Everyone is a big family and loves and respects one another. The very first day I walked in there doors and observed the class, I immediately felt welcome. The instruction that is taught here is pretty much basic and straight forward but with grave detail. I immediately started feeling and seeing the benefits of my training after a few classes but I also understand there's a long journey that awaits :)

If you want a serious traditional martial art study the Ving Tsun system is a time proven combat system used by military and law enforcement around the world for close quarters hand to hand combat. The staff were accomodating and professional. The facilities are clean and pristine. It was an evening saver to be able to freshen up on site with private individual restroom with tiled showers prior to a short walk to the robust night life provided by Corktown and Mexican Village. Parking on Michigan Ave and 23rd street are ample, well lit and safe.
