Jordan Hudson1 StarWent in to buy a $180 pair of shoes on a slow Monday morning. This store 100% has the shoes I wanted in stock. Stood in the shoe department for 15 mins while 3 employees yapped it up at the register. Had to go to work so I could stick around to wait for their conversation to be over. Will be purchasing my cloud 6’s from a competitor. If the staff isn’t interested in engaging customers what’s the point of the store being open? This store has a lazy culture problem. _Bridget _5 StarWent to get a bike and there didn't seem to be a lot of staff around. It took a bit, But Jamier really helped me out! He inspected 2 bikes for me to walk out the same day, only to find out we had to get one from a different location! He worked so hard and I appreciated it so much, probably including the other customers he was helping in addition to me.
