My 14-year-old daughter joined ETS to enhance her strength for softball, and it has been a transformative experience. Initially, she planned to attend a few times a week, but now she eagerly goes whenever she has the chance. The coaches are incredibly supportive, providing positivity and encouragement both inside and outside the gym, which she truly values. Beyond gaining muscle, she has also developed remarkable confidence! The staff goes above and beyond by attending their athletes' games and sending uplifting messages to families. I can't emphasize enough the incredible positive impact that the ETS family has made on our lives!

My son and daughter have been going to ETS for a long time and absolutely love it! Their confidence has increased so much since starting and it’s so fun to hear about the progress they’ve been making which they can see in the weights they are lifting as well as physically in their muscles. It’s also made a huge difference at keeping them in shape during the off season so they can go into their sports seasons strong. An unexpected perk is they have become much closer because of the extra time they spend together driving to the gym and helping each other add weights (and talking smack to each other over dinner about who is stronger 😂) The trainers at ETS have been a huge blessing to us as well. They keep me posted on the progress my kids are making and sometimes send videos which I love! More than that, the trainers are great mentors and my kids look up to them not only because they are BEASTS themselves but great people too. I will say my (high school) daughter was intimidated to go at first because she thought it would be mostly boys. The reality is a great mix of boys and girls and the kids are all doing their own workout sheets so they are focused on their own work and not each other. We initially signed her up for three months to make sure she’d like it and ended up signing her up for the whole year because she loves it so much! Highly recommend ETS and so happy to have them in our community!

I have had an outstanding experience with ETS Performance! Their expert coaching staff and personalized training programs have made a huge difference in my children's athletic performance. From day one, they focused on my kids individual goals and created a program tailored to their needs. I’ve seen incredible improvements in their strength, speed, and overall endurance. The facility is top-notch, equipped with everything you need for a serious workout. The atmosphere is motivating, and the coaches are always supportive, pushing my children to reach my full potential. My children also love the sense of community—everyone is working hard and encouraging each other to succeed. We took a leap of faith and enrolled our daughter in training after Trent's outreach. Leighton has made a dedicated commitment, attending at least four sessions each week. As she embarks on this journey, we’ve witnessed remarkable transformation over the past month. Her physical strength is growing, but what truly stands out is the immense boost in her confidence and mindset— qualities we believe matter even more than physical ability. She is wholeheartedly dedicated to self-improvement. The ETS family embodies a culture of excellence that not only inspires but also empowers everyone within it to strive for excellence as well.

We cannot speak more highly of ETS! Our daughters have been coming here for years. Every coach they have had is everything someone should have in their corner. The coaches frequently review goals (with my kiddos and with us) to make sure they have the best plan in place to achieve them. My girls also participate in winter snow sports, martial arts and fencing; I have seen improvement with confidence, speed, balance and strength since they've been working at ETS North Oakland. 5 stars every day!
