The store itself is fine, but do NOT waste your time at the bottle return. They're always full or broken down and nobody fixes our empties them. Go yo the 23 mile and Gratiot store instead. It's much better and cleaner.

If I want to maintain good business not only from me but as well as all my family and friends. This guy just killed it.whatca very disrespectful and disgruntled employee. We had a terrible experience with pharmacy staff Denise and Jillian. My husband recieved a text that his medication was ready. Upon arrival hours later, he was told he had no medications ready. When he asked for further help, Denise further raised her voice and stated she knows what she is doing. After looking further, he was told the medication was restocked as it had been refilled 15 days ago, which was untrue. She then stated they would fill the medication now, but he was told he can't wait in the drive through line for 10 mins and needs to get back in line. The staff was very rude and hostile. Please promote kindness and good customer service. We will no longer fill prescriptions at that meijier location.

The line for the bottle and can return was out the door. Half of the can return machines were turned off. I say turned off, because as I waited in line almost 10 minutes to use one of the only two machines, the line behind me was out the door. While leaving after shopping, I passed by the bottle return and all four machines were now turned on.
