One of the greatest schools around. The Plowden family are the best people, humble but also the best at this sport. You don't see that often. I came from nowhere and they accepted me into their school with open arms, and still believe in me more than most. You're going to learn to be a great martial artist as well as a good person.

The Plowden family is by far the best family to not only better a student on the mats, but also as a human overall. I started training with them at a young age and have learned countless lessons both in martial arts and in my everyday life. I have become a better fighting competitor and person in general, and they played a significantly large role in both. They encouraged me to try new things and step out of my comfort zone, which is why I stopped training to pursue other dreams of mine. After a period of time, I came back to training. Not only because I missed the feeling of competing, but because I missed the martial arts family they have built within the school. I cannot express my love and gratitude for this amazing family enough. This is the place to be if you want to be great!!

I’ve been attending Plowden Championship Martial Arts Academy since I was 15 years old now at 28 years old still attending. The Plowden family have been nothing but amazing to me. Mr. Plowden, Mrs.Plowden, Morgan and Avery are a major part of the success in my life. The Philosophy that is shared through my journey in martial arts translates to my everyday life.
