cattus lavandula1 StarNot wild about the remodel, but it is what it is. What's driving me nuts about this location is the parking! There are construction containers still in the side lot by grocery taking up a bunch of spaces. There are a lot of reserved spots for online pickups, and now the entire side lot by garden and automotive is reserved spaces! There is no place to park near the automotive door. I pulled to the side, away from the bays and let my elderly dad go inside, then waited for him. A Walmart auto employee made me move to a reserved spot. Then another Walmart employee made me move from the reserved spot because I wasn't picking up an order. Where in fresh hell am I supposed to park? Halfway out in the front lot to walk all the way back to automotive? Why have the entrance if customers can't park to use it??? I ended up near the door again and told the Walmart employee who came out again to go pound sand. I doubt I'll be back.Saturday 27th September 2025
Tom1 StarI was in the soft checkout line and forgot that I had a bag with two slabs of ribs in it that was still hanging in the thing. As I was walking out, I realize that and turned around immediately, and my ribs were gone. I told the girl that was watching everything She acted like she didn’t see anything went to customer service. They said I was out of luck because I did the self check out I asked him to look at the cameras. My my purchases and they refused. I called corporate corporate wanted me to put the manager on the phone and the Manager refused to take the phone from corporate. I said I was just gonna go grab a two more being that I paid for him and the other person that was behind me stole stole them and they said that they would call the police if I did that and treated me like I was a criminal. The manager was extremely rude. Treated me like I was nothing. I’ve been going to the store for the last 12 years, bought my tires there get my oil changes there put it this way. I spent a lot of money through the years there I will never go to this store again I will never go to a Walmart again when I Travel. Target will be my new place to shop. All I can tell everyone is make sure you make them ring up your purchases because they treat you like you’re a criminal. If you use the self serve which I hate to begin with everybody needs to get on board and boycott WalmartThursday 3rd July 2025
Laura Dinezio1 StarMy experience was with the tire center. After calling many places I decided on Walmart to get a new set of 4 tires as they had the best price. The guy on the phone said to come at 6:00 pm as it would be less busy. I got there at 6:00, and they said they were too busy to take me. I made an appointment for the next morning for when they opened at 7:00 am. He looked up the tires I wanted and said I was all set. On my day off, I got up to be there at 7:00 am. They didn’t unlock the doors until 7:05. First one there, but another employee that worked there was talking to the guy at the desk because he needed new front tires. I waited for 20 minutes while they went outside to look at his tires. I was getting really irritated. Finally another employee came in and asked what I needed. I told him, and he looked lost. Said he didn’t see me in the system. I showed him my text for my appointment. He had no clue what tires I was getting, saying it wasn’t showing in the system, just that I had an appointment. Turns out they only had 3 of the ones I had spoke about the night before with the other guy. WHAT A BIG WASTE OF MY TIME!! So here I am at Belle Tire where they actually know what in the heck they’re doing. I definitely don’t recommend this Walmart for Tire Service.Saturday 5th July 2025
R. BH1 StarI’m very disappointed with my experience at this store. I was there yesterday and had a very large order as I often do. I felt watched and profiled by the attendant. I know it’s there job to keep an eye on things but we were not the only people in self checkout but we were certainly the only ones being watched. So much so that when some other customers needed help, he didn’t notice because he was so busy watching us. We had a couple orders because I often shop for a couple of my elderly family members and after scanning my last item on my second order he stops my screen and comes over and watches the screen until I finally asked what are you looking for and show him that everything is scanned and on the screen. I don’t steal, I spend way too much money at multiple Walmart stores and not only that I always enter my phone number so I certainly am not coming in to steal anything and leave my phone number behind. I understand the whole process of watching over the self checkouts but if they are watching over them it should be all of them not just one. I drive 35 minutes to this store when I live 5 minutes away from another one because usually my experience at this store is a pleasant one, but after my experience yesterday I don’t know if I will return to this store.Monday 23rd June 2025
Cassie Burgess1 StarYou break 2 studs on my wheel after I paid to have 4 new tires put on and tell me you don't have the ability to repair it. You only do tires so that's a lie. Your just a bunch of lazy high ons. Your only suggestion is that I have to pay to have it towed somewhere and fixed at my own expense. I will never be back and I am transferring our scripts out of there to meijer. Worst experience I've ever had at an auto shop.Thursday 7th August 2025
